Lockdown 2 (Day 11): The Apartment

The picture does not do justice to the character of today’s weather. It was vicious out there. I had to shut the French doors to the Juliette balcony, i.e. a balcony that is simply railings with no space to sit, or even stand upon, so just railings actually.

A scheduled bike ride with a maximum of one designated exercise partner was cancelled as the sky turned to premature night around midday.

I stayed in. Contacted some people that mean a lot to me. Read. Listened to music. Wondered whether the talk about a vaccine might be a tad exaggerated. It reads a bit over-hyped at this early stage. Although I am all for hope.

I will exercise tomorrow. I excused myself today because of yesterday’s excesses.
