After one a.m. He sleeps slumped

n.b. What would you do? Wake the young man? I tried. Shake him? I did gently. Ask loudly, “Are you okay?” repeatedly? I called to him, but without a response. i picked up his cracked phone and put it in his lap and then continued walking home. Should I have persisted to wake him then hailed him a cab?
