Look to northern light
Earth wobbles on its orbit
Soon close to turning point

n.b. This is a wondrous period of the year. Although I am not living within the Arctic Circle, it is possible to see the Sun’s glow all night from that region for nigh on the full 24 hours from Norfolk. Tonight I have a humbling appreciation of the mechanics of the Solar System and Earth’s place within it.
This appreciation of the enormity of the Universe and humankind’s puny part within it, makes the injustices of our modern global economic arrangements even more bizarre.
The current pandemic has shown that we could make things work differently than through the ideology of the “Free” Market, that costs us and the planet so much.
