• L3 (Day 72): Three Score

What a day of light to enjoy before this year’s Spring Equinox. Even before I drew back my bedroom curtains the day sounded sunny. The air was soft. The birdsong sharp. The sound of passing cars subdued. It has been a delight to get outside and walk on more open ground by the Yare, once

Above these thick limbs the canopy frame prepares to harvest sunlight ~ CLP 18/03/2021

  • L3 (Day 71): The Waterfront

This hulk retains buoyancy despite it all, but to what end? Is remaining afloat enough? Is there still life in this wreck? ~ CLP 18/03/2021

  • L3 (Day 59): At The Market

On the bike to Paul’s Butchers and then through the stalls to the friendly family-run, most expensive greengrocer outside The West End of London. This is a place everyone knows isn’t the cheapest place to buy fruit and veg in the city, but it’s the chirpiest and exemplary quality produce too. That’s good enough for

  • L3 (Day 55): In The Post

I receive an invitation to attend a Covid Vaccination Centre within the next week or so. The nearest centre offered by the NHS website I am directed to is 36.7 miles away.
